I used to imitate Audrey II during lunch when I was a kid. I loved that number.

 Love this Martin performance it's one of his best and i love this entry.   I still think that the characters ultimate payback is not being eaten  but meeting Bill Murray's masochist patient.

Indeed. I also find that scene particularly interesting because as far as adaptations go, it skipped a generation so to speak -- Menken and Ashman didn't include that character or scene from Corman's film in their stage version. But someone had the wisdom to reinsert it for the film.

Excellent entry.  I was actually considering doing this one myself.  This is one of those movies that I introduced to the kid the second I felt like she was old enough to appreciate it.  And when she did it was a glorious day.
