Lucasian dialogue, in all its glory! And yes, I realize that seems to be a editorial splice for the trailer - but what a stupid one.

Effects aside, this is exactly what it feels like: a quickie, cheap made-for-cable flick with shopworn dialogue cliches and flat characterization.

 

I thought the train takeout looked pretty cool, though.
