Transformers: The Movie - The Second Watch-a-long! Rolling Out Sept 24th - Page 8

HAH! You're the best Nooj. I'm probably just going to go back in the thread and scroll along to see the commentary you guys made rather than posting myself but I don't know, I might not be able to help myself.

It's amazing to hear this Astounding Soundtrack in context. My only other exposure to it was when the For Those About To Rock podcast did a review of the album.

Cool cool.  How far along are you now?

I actually find myself daring to keep all my dreams alive.

eta I'm at 11:00, holding the future in my hands.

Ha! Insecticons transform into stunt ramps. "Wrong, they're our way in!"

"I got better things to do tonight than die."

"I'll crush you with my bare hands!"

"Hey, nobody calls Soundwave unchrasimatic!!!"

I'm no expert but it seems to me this film is ultra-quote-abulous.

I'm just wondering what your final opinion of Ultra Magnus will be.

The Ultra Magnus Roast is hilarious.

And Jazz is much cooler than that grinning asshole he played in The Twilight Zone.

Had I been here on time, with my Kup avatar, I would have reminded you of Hong Kong Phooey and followed it up with a comment about "you damn kids."

Next year.

Grimlock is smarter than he looks. I just counted two three syllable words in 20 seconds.

Wow, it goes by really quick. I can't wait to show this thing to my 5 year old nephew. SO MUCH FUN! Plus he already talks like Grimlock.

Next time Reasor!

Bucho, welcome to our world. I was worried it had been impossibly over hyped for you but as you can now see, it's a master-fucking-piece.

I would like to dare you to call the next person you see an "uncharismatic bore" as I often do.

When next we do this, what will your avatar be?

To everyone else, this was the dog's bollocks, seriously picked me up during a period of personal rubbishness!

As a thank you, here is the man himself. You know, I'd fuck him if... nevermind.

I don't know mate, it'll depend who's taken but probably either Arcee or a Quintesson judge.

Just wanted to pop back and repeat how awesome this was again this year.

May this tradition never die!

The technology probably exists to get everyone into a VOIP audio chat room, give the movie the CHUD Goes To The Satellite of Love treatment, and then livestream that shit.

OH MY GOD I MISSED IT!

Optimus...Forgive me...

That sounds kind of fun. But can you imagine the chaos of 10 people across the globe talking over one another?

If we're all friends on Facebook, I think it would be cool to start a status that we can all comment on.  Everyone's comment would come up right away and it would feel a lot more 'real-time' than chatting.

Of course, the drawback is that it wouldn't be saved on the CHUD MB to refer back to when I'm bored.

The mental-image this conjures is absolutely priceless.

I'm sorry to hear about the personal stuff not being to your liking, mate. Glad the watch-along cheered you up though. It was truly fantastic, a pleasure to take part in again with you gentlemen.

I would like to think this is my legacy to the world.

*sigh* due to extenuating circumstances (surprise visit from in-laws) I suck.
