I love the local TV news in Los Angeles. I love that it treats porn industry shutdowns with the same seriousness as government shutdowns. I love that the lookalike son of actor James "Brooks was here" Whitmore regularly shows up as spokesman for the LA county sheriff's office. But I think I love this most of all:

Took me a second to remember where I know him from. That's Kevyn Major Howard, who you may remember as Rafterman from Full Metal Jacket. But more importantly as Stomper from the exploitation classic Death Wish II.
It's nice to imagine that a simple comment from Charles Bronson was all it took to get him thinking about all the other people who are gonna meet Jesus.
