Oh, it's real alright. It was just a matter of time before someone got this link. Problem is: this draft is heavily outdated and the big finale's pages are omitted (for obvious reasons).

Thanks for the response. I like what I've read and I'm glad the finale was omitted, cuz I don't think I would have been able to skip it.

Damnit! What's with all the spoilers coming out for this movie? I've never seen this much info leak out about a sequel before, and it's the one we actually have an inside track on! It's just not right.

I'm one of the biggest fans of the original and I was really hesitant to read that draft. (I sure hope that it IS a heavily-edited rough draft!) But I could not resist and read it anyway.

My first impression is that it is not going to be as genuinely creepy as the original. I feel like you could substitute the Creeper with a Pterodactyl or something. But there were definitely some cool moments in the script. Well, I haven't read any scripts before they have been filmed, so this is my first taste with something like it. In a way, it was thrilling to read a script of a film I've been anxiously waiting for.

I can tell you from experience. It is very rare that the script doesn't go through a whole buttload of rewrites during a shoot. So, anything that you are reading, will probably change a bit.

The use of all those double entendres at the start of the script were too much. They better trim that down for the theatre.

Also, no insight into the origins of the creeper?
Just 'it's gotta chow down every so often?' Hopefully the ending will provide a little more exposition.
