This was not a good film.
Occupied by wannabe porn stars (Bobbi Sue Luther), notable stars looking for a buck (Lena Headey, Kevin Gage), "oh yeah it's that guy" (Sean Whalen) and X-Boy (Lucas Till), the plot is almost incomprehensible. The acting is atrocious. The camera work looks like someone used a cell phone, and the music video editing (especially at the beginning) had me gritting my teeth.
Chrome Skull himself is a boring villain. The Predator-style shoulder cam is a provocative idea but is handled horribly, and his whole modus operandi is overly complicated. He picks out specific prostitutes, transports them across the country, puts them in a coffin, and kills them? Where does he get the money or resources? We learn his name near the end but that brings no illumination.
The only redeeming quality here is some of the most impressive practical gore FX I've seen in years. Really, the anatomy is revealed in all its glory. This thing is juicy.
