I thought this was a pretty strong opening episode. It kinda reminded me of the first season of the Closer. But I liked how the policework seemed kinda gritty and realistic as opposed to CSI stuff. Maria Bello definitely carries the show. Her scene at the end where she gets her boyfriend's ex to stop being a total bitch about sharing custody of the kid was awesome.
I'll definitely be checking this out as time goes on.
