I was very excited to see the American Reunion movie. I saw American Pie just after college and remembered it was quite funny. Jim, Michelle, Oz, Heather, Stifler reunite for their high school...

Like this one quite a bit. The pacing's pretty awful, but it's essentially Inferno playing true to the real Hellraiser universe. And there's something fitting about Kirsty really embracing her dark side, murdering people just to get back at her husband, and ending the whole thing with the puzzle box. It may be a twist ending, but it's a twist I totally loved at the time.
I'd take this over Hell On Earth a hundred times over, and at least a couple times over the final cut of Bloodline.
As for your little comment about the next Hellraiser and dreams...
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Fear not. Only about 50 of its 85 minutes are comprised of a dream sequence!

Ah, yes, Hellseeker ... the Hellraiser movie that made me give up on watching future installments of what had been my all-time-favorite horror series. (Yep, I'll be reading the rest of these installments without having seen the films.)
What total garbage this movie is. And I'm pretty sure I've mentioned this on these boards before, but Hellseeker's most interesting scene isn't actually even in the movie. It's a deleted scene/DVD extra that has Kirsty and Pinhead bitching at each other about everything that happened in the first two movies:
Here, check it out:

That's a fantastic scene...whey the hell did they cut it ? Those missing 50 seconds or so are great and really fill in some nice backstory.

Yeah, what the hell. That convo was easily the best thing to come out of that production. I guess they were trying to make the movie crappy on purpose.

Director said it was too continuity-heavy, and newbies wouldn't understand what they were talking about. To which I say: you're making a direct-to-video Hellraiser 6.

If you are worried about the film being too continuity-heavy, then why the fuck would you include Kirsty? That conversation is probably the best thing since Hellbound, honestly. What a waste of a damn good scene.

It's not really that good of a scene. I truthfully find the Ashley Laurence stuff to hold no purpose other than to bring her back into the mix. Overall, it's kind of a dissapointing movie.
