It looks like the dude who played Toffer in Dollhouse will save the day, and I'm cool with that. I do like Hemsworth being drugged to say,"We should split up."

I just realized Kranz must have shot this before they made Dollhouse. Considering he's in that Shakespeare adaptation Whedon made too, I guess he's his new muse.

Huh, I definitely wasn't expecting this turn of events. Consider me intrigued.

Gotta be honest, I don't know what the fuck that was.

Rather than "The Truman Show", it looks to me more like cross between a "Saw" movie and that direct-to-DVD Steve Austin action flick about a bunch of prisoners on an island forced to play a "Battle Royale"-type survival game while being recorded for ratings/entertainment.

If not for the names attached to its producing, directing, and writing credits, I'd assume this was just another piece of shit torture porn movie. That's why it's good that the names Whedon and Goddard are pushed so hard in the trailer. If not for them, I'd have no interest in this.

The Condemned?  That actually got a wide theatrical release, believe it or not!

While I was hoping for a full-on creature feature (especially from the teases Devin used to drop about it), color me intrigued regardless.
 

Glad to see that they didn't show any footage of Richard Jenkins or Bradley Whitford. From the rumors I've heard, they are suppose to be the MVPs of Cabin. It should be fun seeing those two working together with dialogue from Whedon.

Ah, yes. Now I remember. It was even reviewed on "Ebert and Roeper", although Ebert wasn't around to review it. I can't remember the last time I was actually interested in seeing a horror movie in theatres. Hopefully this could be one of the first in a long time worth checking out that way.

Didn't really give a shit until I saw that trailer. This could be good.
