I just read that story about the supposed rip off of Ginger Snaps in that little movie called the curse, but really, it's not a rip off of that one at all. It's a rip off of THE best werewolf story ever in a comic book. It was an issue of Swamp Thing (back in the old Alan Moore days) and hey, it was actually called "The Curse". It dealt with a lot of fun stuff about the female cycle, Native American views on womanhood and periods, unhappy marriages... oh yeah, and about a woman changing into a werewolf during her period, who is saddened that she still can't bring herself to kill her husband. If they feel like ripping off something, the least they can do is change the title...
