After reading a little on Amicus... one thing struck me. They friggin' knew how to put a promo poster together. The cover used for the Midnight Movies line is dull when compared to this. In my oh-so-humble opinion.

Is this anywhere in the DVD insert sleeve?

There is a tiny reproduction of the picture on the back of the case. No insert inside the case at all.

Yeah, like Belasco said, there's a small repro on the back cover, but nothing major. It's a great image.

I'm not sure, but I believe that's a Ken Kelly illustration done originally for the Famous Monsters cover alone.
