Okay, this is pissing me off. The two bad reviews I've read for it and, besides the usual bitching about acting and whatnot, the main complaint is that the Creeper's motives and history is never explained.

Are critics so moronic and childlike that everything has to be explained in two hours? One thing that's always bugged me about certian horror films ('Stir of Eches' comes to mind) is the obligatory scene where some bit charcater comes in and explains everything for the characters/audience. This monster just is. He exists to eat, he's pure evil, and anything else about him can be explained by Gary Busey in the sequel.

Idiots.

The reasons we're scared of him is because he's a fucking murdering unstoppable nightmare. What a fucking nitwit, jeebus.
