This trailer is better then all three of the Bayformer shit fiestas.

Oh and if you like the song, here it is in full.....

I can't tell if you're a shill who decided to make a few movie posts to try to fit in, or if you're a new person with horrible taste in game trailers.

HAHAHA! Holy shit, fucking Transformers. Why are adults still talking about those fucking things? That looks abysmal.

Why are you posting in the Dark Knight Rises thread then you fucking jerkoff? Because a man dressed as a giant bat is so much more sophisticated than robots that turn into vehicles, eh? Cunt.

Because Transformers are without artistic merit, at all. I'd argue Batman, although not by much, has more to offer in performance, execution, themes and storytelling. But thats fine, call me a cunt, Transformers will still be beyond terrible in every single iteration.

That trailer is OK.  I had so much damn fun playing the first game CO OP I can't not give this one my moneys.

No, that means that people have been repeating it over and over for decades so that the law of averages kicks in and we finally get a quality piece of work like The Dark Knight. The same could happen to Transformers. It just depends on someone taking the property seriously, as Chris Nolan did with Batman.

Nope, never going to happen. There are no themes, there's nothing to start with. Batman had a core idea at the very start that's remained mostly untouched. But I'm not even arguing that, I'm just saying transformers, which is something people only like because of their childhood is the kind that needs to be let gone of in pursuit of better things. You clearly really like Transformers, and that's fine, but the majority of people over the age of 14 consider it total bollocks.

You're completely talking out of your ass Sean.  See the box office returns for Bay's film, and then guess how much of that money comes from people over 14.  Completely dellusional.

Sorry, people who care about Transformers. Everyone seeing these films is just going for mindless action, people are not looking for a dark and edgy version. Its just there, its escapism. It could be anything and I still don't think people are coming out of these movies any more interested than when they went in, unless you're under 14.

Trailer was all right I guess, music choice was pretty terrible and no better than some fan video on youtube. And yay it's one of those non-gameplay teaser trailers.

Pretty sure they've taken out the co-op in this one, no idea on the horde mode. It'll naturally have the team VS team multiplayer modes.

Also, why does it matter if people enjoy Transformers or games based on Transformers or anything Transformers? Varying attempts are live action cash grabs aside.

I just feel depressed that people like Transformers.

Well, that's your problem I guess.

I still need to get my hands on the first game.

People who like Transformers...you could say there's more to them than meets the eye.

Whatever the game turns out to be; I just hope they've made ammo reserves more accessible this time around, or a better system of keeping you armed with your favorite guns.

Really? Its a series that has enjoyed some huge and varied animated and comic book series for decades, has probably been part of multiple generations of childhoods, and features giant robots.

Get depressed about people liking trash reality tv shows, twilight or horrible autotuned music; you knows, things that are actually depressing.

Well, people liking things you don't can suck sometimes.

If you told me going in to watch a Transformers movie that it would be Hamlet but with giant transforming robots the end result and my mood would be depressing.

HOWEVER if you told me it was about giant transforming robots, their youthful helper and his sweet piece of ass girlfriend trying to save the world one excessively collaterally damaging scene at a time with kick-ass special effects? Not depressing. Not great cinema but I've paid more money to see less spectacle many times in the past. Low expectations on my part maybe but why be a buzz-kill.

In the interest of diplomacy I will step in and say that, Tax Master, that was indeed more enjoyable than Revenge of the Fallen. To put my money where my mouth is I will watch the trailer again.

ETA Yes I stand by my initial appraisal. Big Robot turning into big Robot Dinosaur is good.

"Beast Wars":Transformers the cartoon.

That is all.

Not to mention that the first game, War for Cybertron, was actually pretty fun. And my only exposure to Transformers was the 80s comic books, and the Michael Bay movies.
