So excited to hear things are progressing apace. I really dig big chunks of CHRONICLES, and my love of the RIDDICK character is such that I'd show up for just about any tale featuring Vin and his shiny eyes

BTW: IMHO the color changing guard dogs of Cremetoria are an example of fantastic monster design. Sadly this creature above doesn't quite match it. Oh well

I certainly feel Twoey and Diesel "get it" so to speak. Whether that translates to great films or not is definitely up for debate, but I do enjoy the hell out of them. My bums in a cinema seat already for this one.

No Chinlund this time 'round, folks.  Sorry, but I want to go ahead and get your expectations in check.  He'll probably show up in the next one if this one does well though.

That said, the leader of one of the merc teams in it is named "Boss Johns"...............so it looks like we're going to be dealing with a revenge-seeking relative.

Chinlund will definitely be missed, but at least we get more Riddick. I've always been a big booster for the first two films flaws and all (Rebought them both on blu ray only the other week, as it happens) so am eagerly awaiting the big bald bastard's return.

Chinlund was this series' Han Solo! Boooooo.
