Vincent Price/Roger Corman Films...

OK, I own Fall of the House of Usher and Pit and the Pendulum and both are FANTASTIC films. I love both of them dearly.

But what are the other good ones that VP did with Roger Corman? Is Masque of the Red Death worth a buy?

Any others?

Masque is probably the best of the bunch. The Raven is more of a comedy than horror. Never seen Tomb of Ligeia.

If only I could get Haunted Palace on dvd. My favorite Poe/Corman/Price movie. Probably because it's based on a Lovecraft story. When MGM, when?

Yeah, The Raven is a comedy, but it's a great comedy. Price, Lorre, Karloff and Corman are all have a good time poking fun at Poe and themselves.

The Masque of the Red Death is very much worth the price. It comes in a double feature with The Premature Burial. I got my copy at Best Buy for $10. Pick it up!

The Raven is great fun. Everyone here is right when they say "Masque" is the best, it truly is some kind of masterpiece. "Tomb of Ligeia" is good, AMC used to show it letterboxed alot late at night.
My favorite though, is "The Haunted Palace." I just love that movie...also, the score is fantastic!
