Excellent news! It's good to know that his Walking Dead experienced hasn't dulled Darabont's passion for working in the medium; let's hope there's no network fucking around this time. And I heartily endorse Jane as a suggestion, too.

I was about to say it would be funny if Darabont poached all the good Walking Dead actors that he's friends with for his new show just to teach AMC a lesson, then I realized there are almost no good actors on The Walking Dead (Jeffrey DeMunn used to be great, but it's like he forgot how to act so he mostly just makes faces like this and hopes for the best:
