Unless there IS a supernatural element, that's a bit of bait-and-switch, no? That's a bit more meaningful then say scribbled-on horns in a yearbook pic.

I don't see how it's necessarily a bait and switch.  I mean, it's not like anyone would think Kevin was actually born with pointy ears and a tail.  And devilish imagery doesn't have to be a metaphor for the supernatural.

 

Then again, if they really wanted a creepy poster, they could have just showed a picture of Ezra Miller.
