I'm hoping that these titles will make their way to US Blu-ray, but I don't think I'll hold my breath.  Dracula: Prince Of Darkness is a perfect title for me to double-dip on.  I was never as big a fan of it as most Hammer fans seem to be.  But the letterboxed non-anamorphic Anchor Bay DVD was so weak looking that I'd gladly upgrade to see if a proper HD transfer would make me reevaluate it.  I'll buy that baby as soon as it hits Amazon UK.

For me, this is the true sign that Blu-ray has a foothold.  Titles like Star Wars or E.T. were inevitable.  But this kind of investment in such niche culty titles?  Blu has definitely gone big.
