Even though not all he's touched has turned to gold and he sometimes acts like a goose in real life I'm always interested in seeing what Rusty's up to.

 

But Daniel-san. He's not an Aussie.

A goose? That made me laugh out loud.

 

I think he'd be terrific, but I'd much prefer a lesser-known actor. I imagine this'll be a fairly big-budget affair, so they gotta have a star on the poster, but when you're dealing with an iconic character, it works best not to have a competing iconic actor vying for the same psychological space.

Now get ready for Russel Crowe's next role as YOUR DAD. You'll come home to see your parents and you find him macking on your mom. And you'll be all "What the fuck Russell Crowe, get off my mom. You're not my dad!" And he'd be all "Relax kid, it's not like I'm not an upgrade." And then your mom will yell at you for not respecting your new dad.
