I was at that Mad Max screening. Mel seemed a little uncomfortable speaking in front of 600 fans. He clearly hadn't seen "Max" in 30 years and could barely remember any behind-the-scenes anecdotes from any of the films. He got excited, though, when he started talking about "Berserker." Of everything he's going in development at the moment, that's the one I'd most like to see come to fruition.

Say what you will about Mel but the man knows how to make a movie.  I am so down for Apocalypto II: Ragnarok.
