It's fucking great. A comprehensive primer on the War on Drugs, and packed with emotional content that will suck you in if you're already familiar with the subject. My review will be coming later, but suffice to say that it's agitational documentary filmmaking at its finest.
Everyone here likes The Wire, right? David Simon is in this movie a lot, doing nothing but being himself. That alone should give you reason enough to see it.
