All of you, whores!
I'm mostly wondering what the worst Tatooinsih tattoo would be.
Thanks, Bucho! I'd really love to reach that 100,000 if I could. I'm just glad it only takes 3,000 to reach the "ceiling" as far as Points Quotes goes. I'd also think that my "controversial" nature has also led to my only recently gaining enough Rep points to label me as such, BUT I also know it's that same nature that helps me get my points. That and it's what makes me stand out around these here parts.
On a side note, just wait until I post my Top Films list on my CHUD blog. That's going to be worth a read, and hopefully Rep points. It's going to be as great as my last few!
Oh Rene, you big tease!
Three big-ass rep points a couple days back from MichaelM, Jacob Singer and Greg Clark on my post in the WAR HORSE Post-Release thread boosted me into "Onsite Legend" status.
I won't deny that I felt a great swelling of pride and fellowship when I discovered that. Thanks a million, guys.
Looking back, it's amusing to see that one of my first "multiple rep" posts was simply me saying "Why did we let [Princess] Kate back again?" based on a dumb-ass thread she had made about Roger Ebert.
My favorite rep COMMENT there was Tzu's "Maybe we're trying to hasten her apparent nerve damage". All things said and done... I kind of miss that kooky chick. She was certainly more interesting than fleed (who I share Lauren and Sebastian's distate for).
Cute that this thread pondering the relevance of rep gets started by Ambler a week after he got in a flame war with a guy who has a 10X multiplier on rep (me). In all fairness, I only got into a flame war with Ambler because he said that all black NFL players are unappealing and that Jews run Hollywood, which is the reason that Mel Gibson can't cut a break.
The reason I have so much rep is because I joined the site after the rep system was implemented, so it seems like I have an inordinate amount of rep compared to my post-count .... oh, and I'm hilarious and awesome and people love me. Well, most people.
I was actually sort of disappointed when I went from "Thought Leader" to "Renowned Expert." I just found the former hilarious for some reason, as if CHUD had been secretly taken over by the Movementarians or some other cult. Ah well, onwards and upwards.
*Not sure what the deal with the picture is. Best I could find on youtube.
If I die I have to go before him, and he will ask me "What is the riddle of steel?" And if I don't know it he will cast me out of Valhalla and laugh at me! That's Crom - strong in his mountain!
I like the episode where Sugarbaker Designs gets visits by a photojournalist who they think is going to do a classy article about "The Women of Atlanta". Then the journalist wants to take a bunch of PG-13 pictures of them leaning over and sitting in a chair backwards like Dwayne Wayne. At the end of the episode they show a bunch of black and white photos of dumpy old ladies the Designing Women call The Real Ladies of Atlanta. Anyways, my imaginary version ends MUCH differently.
(Squeaking Voice) Would you like to play Boggle or Super .... Mario .... Brothers?
She probably looks ok but Jean Smart was looking surprisingly fit during her stint on 24 a few years ago.
Man, sometimes you really can't predict where a thread will go...
Yeah, Jean Smart was looking especially....SMART some time ago. Don't know now, don't care. Got that image from then stuck.
So we've gone from discussing Onsite Legend status to turning it into the older women thread. I love this site.
All threads eventually lead to hot women or Captain America's and Batman's sex lives, or in Cap's case possible lack of. HE IS FROM ANOTHER TIME WHEN PEOPLE HAD VALUES DAMMINT!
Yeah the neg-reppers were quite creative in their comments. I think it was Millette's goal to render the system meaningless by neg-repping everyone possible.
Today I was repped by Art Decade and the rumors are true. If a Chewer's Rep score is like their heart, Art Decade is like God holding a defibrillator.
All of my posts will now be aimed at making Art Decade happy. Has anyone heard the album "Western Sunrise" by the way? It's probably the best album created by a band on Earth.
