Hellraiser figures sold out?

WTF? I only saw them in one store and they didn't have pinhead. Did anyone get a set?

I picked up all six figures two weeks ago at a Spencers along with the 18" Pinhead. I've seen them at Sam Goodys and Sun Coast too. When I stopped by those stores again last week, the shelves were getting bare and there were only a few figures left. They seem to be selling briskly. Pictures do not do these figures justice. They are all nicely detailed and fit together with the Movie Maniacs and Tortured Souls. They even have the same size holes in their feet so that they work with the plastic McFarlane stands. Is it just me, or does the severed head that comes with the Chatterer beast look kind of like Todd McFarlane?

Not sure who that is, I wish they would tell us. It's familiar, that's for sure.

They're only sold out in that all the first line that NECA made is out of their warehouses now. Some stores might still be re-stocking, but don't hold your breath. If you see 'em, BUY 'EM!

I know where they are. They're in Belgium. Every store has 'em and people don't seem to buy. Or maybe the stores have very, very large supplies. (No, I am NOT trying to organize a creature-corner convention in Belgium.)

The MediaPlay by my house had all of them...I say had because.....I just bought every damn one that was there! Sure, I'm out 100 bucks, but it was well worth it. At last, my plans are coming to fruition.....Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.... Sorry, just giddy like a schoolgirl is all......

This will probably make me stop buying action figures. I was just in all the stores a week ago, and then last night I went back, and every Pinhead was gone. Man, I'm pissed. I've been going to the shops every week, just for those figures.

I can't believe NECA isn't going to "reprint" them. What the *$&% is up with that? People will still be there to buy them.

This is it for me. If I don't get my hands on a Pinhead figure soon, I'm done with action figures. It's too much stress for me to be hunting all these little f*ckers down. Besides...have to grow up sometime. Now's as good as any.

That was my problem. I saw the figures in the store, every one of them except Pinhead and I can't bring myself to buying the set without the main one. So now they are all gone. It really does piss me off. F'ing Neca just wants a collectors item. At least with McFarlanes stuff I can get my hands on everything fairly easily although it does take some hunting at times I always end up finding everything I'm looking for.

I refuse to grow up however, figures are getting so damn cool!

Can't really blame NECA. When they shipped their cases of figures, they included more Pinheads than any other figure, because they knew it would sell better than the rest. Which quite obviously it has. And the only reason they're not making more is to focus on the second series, which is due out in October. They are a smaller company than McFarlane, so they need to focus their man power on what's coming up.

No reason to get pissed at them because you can't find them in your stores. They're all over the 'net and have been available for pre-order for months...

Yeah, you're right. They did send more Pinheads, than the other figures. But it doesn't really help when the store employees got their hands on them before the public, which is what happened at two of the stores I went to. "I know the employees snached them up quick" is what I heard.

Fucking brillant. I wouldn't blame Neca, except for one; no one is making them rush out series 2, except themselves. I have a list of friends who are still eager to buy series one, but are also hessitant becasue like myself and Floydian Trip, can't find "the Man".

Now, if they would "Reprint" Pinhead in the near future, that's one thing. But what a waste if they don't.And as for getting the on the 'net...I might, but I don't like to deal with S&H. A few months from now, if that's all I have, I will, but I hate inconvience.
