Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (Netflix) - Page 6
The one that always comes to mind for me is Futurama:
"Who would thought hell would really exist? And it would be in New Jersey?"
My favorite one is from THE LONG KISS GOODNIGHT:
"Easy, sport. I got myself outta Beirut once, I think I can get outta New Jersey."
"Yeah? Well, don't be so sure. Others have tried and failed. The entire population, in fact."
I think I may have liked this season a bit better than I originally thought, as Dionne Warwick's song, written especially for her by Burt Bacharach, has been in my head for days;
When you break up with Leonard Nimoy,
You get a bus ticket to Sac-ra-men-to....
Apparently filming for the new season is just about to start and since they waited so long, they're splitting up the season. So the first 6 episodes will be out on May 30th.
Feels like Netflix is splitting it up just so they can hype new episodes twice a year.
That's a really odd choice.
So Netflix is turning into Syfy circa 2009, basically.
Fey is writing the book for Mean Girls on Broadway. I think it's just a matter of her being really busy. They did the same thing with The Get Down, although I think that was due to production delays.
