If I had to pick my favorite thing about Gambit, I would probably go with

If I had a dollar for every time a woman told she wished she could find a man in fuschia armor and a trench coat, I would be a rich man.

One thing that's always bugged me about Gambit's use of his powers...

Playing cards seem like awful projectiles to use his powers with.  Wouldn't balls or even knives work much better and cover much greater range?

I never hated Gambit but he was never my favourite on the cartoon.  Mainly cause I thought pink armour (to hell with your 'fuscia', that shit is pink as hell) was very stupid.

Sure, and he uses other items in a pinch.  But people in real life can be AMAZING card throwers, and it's a cool power with tons of flair and giving him a deck of cards 24/7 is cool and makes him more interesting than "knife explodey guy."

I wonder if Gambit 2.0 will have that weird telekinetic thing that Kitch had? Didn't care for that.

I'm starting a Kickstarter for a what-went-wrong-documentary about this movie.

Rupert Wyatt folds.

Everyone leaves "Gambit" before they come back to "Gambit."
Coincidentally Del Toro's schedule is free all of a sudden.

If this movie went away, would anyone even notice or care?

Even better, if they'd rerelease Hard Target as Gambit instead.
Oh, fuck. John Woo's "Gambit" would be amazing.
Gambit was my absolute favourite X-Man during my hardcore X-Men-loving years.

Eventually I just realised I only liked his trench coat because I live in a perpetually hot country and I never get the chance to wear trench coats.

I stopped liking Gambit but I still piss away money on coats.

You just made me realise we really missed out by not casting JCVD as Gambit.

They fucked up big time by not having him as old Gambit in DOFP future scenes.

I was reading that Simon Kinberg announced that Gambit would be crossing over with the X-Men. He was really excited about it. A member of the X-Men appearing in an X-Men film.

"We're really excited about The A-Team reboot and today I can confirm that Face will be crossing over and appearing with the rest of the team."
I guess he doesnt remember Gambit "crossing over" in Wolverine: Origins.

It's been CROSSED OUT.

This is the same producer who told us that the Tranktastic Four is crossing over with X-Men.

Isolated away from the subject of this thread, this is still at once ignorant, arrogant and insulting. It's so grossly xenophobic that it will forever color anything you post here from now on out and has me considering whether I should even allow to continue posting here.

Saddened to see so much negativity over Verbinski. Name a better set-piece this decade than the William Tell overture sequence in Lone Ranger.

The third acts of Rogue One and Raid: Redemption

The Burj Khalifa climb in Ghost Protocol.

In fairness to Mojj, the last 20-30 minutes of Lone Ranger are pretty damned special.  The first two hours, not so much.

Haven't seen The Lone Ranger. And after you fuckers convinced me to watch that piece of shit A Cure for Wellness, no way I'm going to fall for that trick again.

Just watch last 20 minutes. You will miss nothing by skipping rest of movie.

Trust me.
