What the hell is wrong with you people?

Like the first flick wasn't pandering to teeny boppers back in the 80's. Try listening to the stupid soundtrack album again and you'll see what I mean.

This isn't our movie much like Episode One wasn't. This is a movie for those legions of fans who actually buy Spears' albums for the music and not the pretty pictures to whack to.

And acting wise, she can't be any worse than Jami Gertz or Vitamin C who's in that Dracula 2000 flick. I say give the former mousketeer a chance...

Besides we're talking about a sequel to an overrated 12 year old Corey Haim vehicle...

Shoot... I'll go see it if Ms. Spears is in it, she's hot and I won't deny it. Who knows, maybe she can act better than Love Hewitt or or other chicks they force into movies. Look on the bright side, maybe Corey Feldman will be in it again. He was good in VooDoo...

Here's my plot line.

Britney is Cory Feldman's daughter, who runs the comic shop in Santa Carla. His brother and wife were killed in a fight with vampires and Cory was unable to save them. As a result, Cory F. lives in a mopy existence. When a new gang of vamps, led by Lilith(Rachel Leigh Cook) comes into town, Cory knows they're bad news. Led on by the gang's hot dude(James VanDer Beek), Britney starts hanging out with the vamps, and eventually becomes like them. Cory forbids Britney to associate with them, and we get the 'you will respect my rules' father-daughter thing. When Britney disappears, Cory must contact his old friend living in an alcholic daze after his brother, mom, and grampa were also killed by vamps...Cory Haim. The two must gather together a new gang of hunters, led by Elden Henson, who works in Cory's comic book shop, and Anna Paquin, Britney's best friend, and train them in the ways of the hunter before it's too late. Cory F. must confront his fear of failure and Cory H. must sober up, and they both must avenge their losses. But one final secret returns to haunt them. Lilith is hell bent on vengance of her own. You see, in 1985, the two Corys did a little damage to her sire...Kiefer Sutherland, the only vampire, the only man, she ever loved. Hell knows no fury like a woman scorned. Hell is coming to Santa Carla. And it's going to be a hell of a night for the Lost Girls.

This way, Britney's only in it for the beginning half and the end. Oh yeah, and she gets naked.
