I guess no one told the Pats that Marky Mark left the Super Bowl early. Or maybe the Afflecks' quotes were too big? I wonder when Wahlberg slipped away this time. That stadium was streaming fans out before KC went up by 2 scores. On their banner drop night! BEST FANS IN THE NFL.

God it felt great watching them lose. Right there with "Twin Peaks: The Return" as the best TV I've seen all year.

Fun game as football fan. As a fantasy player... well, I have Brady and my opponent this week has Gronk. Tyreek Hill* covered what I didn't get from Brady though, and Gronk was shut down. So, I have no complaints.

Fun fact: both Mike Gillislee and Kareem Hunt were on benches last night. I bet both those guys are feeling it this morning.

*Fuck Tyreek Hill in every sense. He's a cunt and just a point machine.

Fantasy-Wise I had Hill AND Hunt versus Gronk and Brady last night. I'm happy as a clam.

As much as I enjoyed the win last night, the loss of Eric Berry is a gut punch. Sad!

Yeah, Eric Berry is amazing. It was heartbreaking seeing everyone come up and comfort him and he's just sitting there with a defeated expression on his face.

Berry was one of my favorite college players ever. He's already come back from cancer, so I expect to see him back on the field soon.

In one of my leagues a team had Hunt starting and Hill on the bench. Actually a quarter of his team played last night, and he already has 75 FP.

See I've never understood the argument that one city has superior or inferior fans over another city. Honestly I find the argument quite frankly stupid (not directed at you Trav), I mean aren't there "Fair Weather" fans in every major city in America.? I live outside L.A. and L.A. fans (Dodger ones specifically) are constantly being crucifed for showing up late and leaving early. Because some people decide to leave early, not sure how that makes them shitty fans. Me, personally, I don't go to public sporting events watch them at home beats going in person.

They could pull a '99 Rams!

I mean, probably not, but in an infinite universe all things are possible.

Is Vick doing pre-game over at Fox? How long has that been going on? I was already getting tired of the pre-game over there, but if they hired Vick then fuck that show.
Jesus Christ. Texans defense making Bortles look competent.
Tarik Cohen is a star. Kevin White is a major bust. Atlanta not going to Julio Jones all day baffles me.

Well, Mike Glennon sure didn't lose that game for the Bears.

Hand moving forwards
That should have been incomplete
That was a bad call

Not unless you consider his inability to accurately get the ball downnfield last 5 yards all game.

i'm numb

i just watched the jaguars dismantle a playoff team on the road

i don't know how to react

As a Texans fan, that was just hard to watch. Savage made me miss Oswilder. Savage made Oswilder look like Elway. But Savage wasn't the only problem out there. It was so bad I switched to the Eagles Redskins at halftime just to watch something competitive. So congrats to you and your team. If the Texans keep playing like that, looks like you guys have a chance if you can outplay the Titans. With a healthy Mariota, though....

What's the deal with Brown? How could they not get him signed?

It has begun people....The Jared Goff Era !!!!

The Jags had TEN sacks?! I'm sure the Titans will bring them down to Earth next week.

Dude a loss still makes us 1-1 which is fucking cloud 9

Oh great. Cowboys get to play the their woman beater of the season. Don't know why I'm surprised at this point. Cowboys gonna be Cowboys.

Safe to say Giants offense ain't nothin much too be feared without OBJ?

It's going to another terrible season. Lotta bad football today.

Week 2 looks equally bad. On paper at least.

Colts should just sit Luck and tank the season.

Fire Pagano and his garbage coaching staff.

Have Chris Ballard bring in his guy to coach this team.

STOP WASTING ANDREW LUCK!

My dude Calais Campbell had 4 of those Jacksonville sacks yesterday.

And Arizona let him go. Lately I've really started to question Steve Keim and Bruce Arians.

Well, at least you're going to beat Seattle plenty this season.  We... Kinda forgot to have an offense again.

It's so frustrating to see Seattle regress into being allergic to touchdowns, I fully expect us to win the next three games though.

It's so good to see Lynch back to running over defenders. I'm hoping Oakland does well this year.

I had the exact same thought. The on-field product is so boring and awful.

We may have lost David Johnson for an extended amount of time. My expectations now are in the pits.

I love that AP had to see his replacement have a great game.

I heard Rex Ryan's pregame comments and he is terrible. How did Romo do?
Good God I hope that today's performance by the Vikings wasn't a fluke.
It was against the Saints shitty defense so I'd hold off a bit.

I dug Romo, but he's no Sergio Dipp.

Ryan is a moron, and the woman they've paired him with is awful, too.

She never shut up and let the game breathe. And she pronounces her S's with a touch of "sh" and her O's like A's. So...

"The Braaankosh have five sheconds left on the CLACK."

It's gonna be a long season with these two dips in the booth every Monday.

You won't hear them doing games again this season. Only reason they were on was because it was a double-header and ESPN figures nobody back east is watching the second game so they just threw on whoever's name was selected from the hat.

That being said I'm hoping Dipp ousts Salters as the #1 sideline reporter.

Beth Mowins has a glorious generic broadcaster voice . . . She sounds like the female Brockmire.

I thought Romo was really good, but he was also replacing Phil Simms, which isn't exactly the highest bar to clear.

Just have Dipp do everything.

My wife asked me why the 1st woman to do play by play on MNF had to sound like a man? I wish I had an answer for her.

It doesn't really matter who does the games for MNF, they're usually terrible and not even worth watching.

Mowins is a treasure and deserves hazard pay.

Having never heard of him, the first time I saw Dipp last night I genuinely, honestly, thought he was a fan who won a contest.

We got more picks, and we got more video.

Put it in your face, please?

I'm intrigued by tonight's game for 2 reasons: Will Andy Dalton look as shitty as he usually does on nationally televised games. 2. Which team's fans will demand they tank the season to get one of QB in next year's draft once they fall to 0-2.

Texans better fucking not toss Deshaun Watson and tank for a QB. Fuckers sniped him from Arizona in the last draft, and we panicked and drafted yet another fucking LB*.

There's too many teams in the league right now just burning through QBs. It sucks for them, sucks for fans, and is basically just shitty in general. None of these guys are given a real chance to develop abd become good, and now "elite" quarterbacks are limited to maybe a handful of names.

*I like Haason Reddick. He plays with intensity, and I think he'll do good things. But he's probably not a first round talent, and he sure as shit was not an answer to any of the problems AZ had going into the draft. And then we drafted a Safety in the second round...

Lots of people around the Green Bay Packers will say that Aaron Rodgers is EXTREMELY fortunate he got to sit for a few years and learn*, and the team was 100% invested in him when they rolled him out as starter (he was immediately really good, so that helped).

* including, I believe, Aaron Rodgers.

Man 5 min in and I can tell this game will be terrible. Please end this Thursday nightmare.
