The IFC

Concerning the 'Christmas With Cronenberg' article, I have to agree that the IFC is great. Thanks to them I have seen many films that I probably never would have. Around Halloween time I saw The Brood, Rabid, (a movie I cant remember the name of, where a family gets stuck in the desert with a bunch of inbred people...funny looking bald guy...help me out here...)and Texas Chainsaw Massacre for the first time. So I look forward to the xmas weekend...thanks for pointing out the Cronenberg holiday! I look forward to seeing all the others that I have never seen (mainly Crash).

Well, I'll mention Ring, though you can't get it in this country yet. It's a Japanese horror film that's been making big waves regarding how damned good it's sposed to be. I'm still on a quest for it, so Creature Corner will be the first place I open my big mouth about it when that time comes.

And the thought of projectile diarrhea is horrific enough to tide me over until then..... Eeewwww

Horror films need more of that Ohh Shit! quality.

These stupid ones nowadays have some wussies using kitchen knives as weapons. At least have a shotgun or something.

Ohh, You never see those kitchen knife wussies attacking any Texans. (Leatherface was a lot freakier and a lot tougher of a slasher)

You want a little? Huh? You want any?

Welcome

I'm not sure of what day or time, but I believe this January IFC will be showing Dead Alive. No, actually I'm positive they'll be showing it this month, I remember an add for it running just before they started Barton Fink last week. So gas up your push mower and strap it on and get set.

Tonight, they're showing 'Naked'. You should watch it, it's a damn cool movie. Not horror, but interesting, nontheless.
