The chestbursting scene from Alien.

The head expoding from Scanners

The lawnmower scene from Dead Alive.

The dog scene from The Thing

The scene where the Swat Team guy blows the person head of in Dawn of the Dead.

Any scene from the film within a film in Cannibal Holocaust - animals (turtle especially) or humans [not sure it's my favorite, but I've never really seen anything worse than this movie]

A certain throat ripping scene in Zombie

The brains all over the elevator in the Untouchables (I was young and impressionable)

Bikers getting their guts ripped open in Dawn of the Dead

Frank getting ripped to shit in Hellraiser

More fun with disemboweling in Cannibal Ferox

One of the first killings in Trauma where someone gets it in the eye

First pair of killings in Suspiria

A scene from the forthcoming 13 Ghosts which I have NEVER seen anyone do before and took some real creativity

Scatman Crothers getting an axe in the chest in The Shining (as a little kid, that freaked the shit out of me)

Klaus Kinski stabbing that woman to the strains of a classical orchestra in Woyzeck

So many gun shot wounds to the head in the Preacher comics

When the Headless Horseman rips Caspar Van Dien in half in Sleepy Hollow

Bloodsucking Freaks - opening torture on stage sequences

The only redeeming scene (in what is otherwise a hideous movie my good man), if only for just being gory and a tad shocking and not really anything more. But hell, am I trying to associate the word content with that movie?!

Pretty much all of Dead Alive, the last parts of Day of the Dead. But the Cannonball head removal had been done in Gettysberg.
