So. In light of casting rumors on Dark Wonderland, I'm pretty appalled, rumor or not. I sincerely hope it is just a rumor, or I'll be forced to walk around saying "whats up wit dat?!" for a couple of days.

Sigh, I dunno why I'm getting me panties in a bind over this one. 'Cept I've been a huge Alice fan for a loooong time, and when I first heard about this game and then got to play it (I had some game play issues at first but have since gotten over them) and now the movie news, I was quite happy about everything. A creepy kids tale gets even creepier in a video game and now in a movie, a Girlcreeture's dream come true!

Well, possibly. I'd rather see Christina Ricci (the Hollywood default for weirdly gals, though that's not to say I don't like her mind you) in this. Heather Donahue just doesn't exactly come across as cute/vulnerable/psychotic/child killer to me. Nope, can't picture it. Although I can't really say I've got anyone in particular in mind (but please god no, just not HD!)for the role of Alice gone bad, anyone have any ideas?

And can't you just hear the Annihilator in the background? Hee hee.

Jeez... what's with the Heather Hate-Fest?

My choice for Alice would be Kirsten Dunst.
A little expected perhaps, but she's cool nonetheless.

It's not really Heather hate, it's just that although it's probably a rumor (must be), she's so NOT a good choice for the role IMO.

I wonder if the kid from "Sixth Sense" has a slightly older sister.... Now that would be casting.

Other than that, wouldn't it be great if Michelle Trachtenburg were going to be cast in the role?

Wait a minute! Did I just say that? I take it back. I hate her. Really. Well, maybe not. It's not like she's starting to show promise as an actor or anything like that....
