SPRINGDALE, Ark. - An Arkansas man with a history of drunken-driving arrests has registered four times the legal limit in his latest arrest.
Prosecutors say Shawn Brewer was given a breath-test after he rear-ended a car two weeks ago. It registered .43.
The legal limit for a motorist in Arkansas is .10. That drops .08 next month.
Officers say Brewer was even videotaped to show his condition, and was then sent to the hospital for a blood sample and check-up.
Springdale police officer Randy Johnson says the average person would have to have 19 drinks to register a .43 blood-alcohol level -- and would need to sober up for 29 hours to drop below the legal threshold."
Damn, I've been pretty hammered, but 29 hours to sober up?!?! 43% of you blood is alcohol?! That boy was damn flamable, and his blood would have about the same proof as like Jack Daniels to any would be Vampires.
