As a response to the spate of WWII films in production including Tom Cruise's "Fertig" and Michael Bay's "Pearl Harbor", Jan DeBont is set to helm "Saving the Talented Private Matt Damon". DeBont serves as cinematographer on the film, which he claims will be, "der most realistic displaying of combat ever captured on the celluloid." The film is being produced by the newly-formed CHUD FILMWERKS, and it's producer/screenwriters Hot Animal Machine and Kenn with a gay "N" echo DeBont's sentiment.
"This production is going to make history-it will be the first film to utilize live ammunition," Machine stated. Kenn added, "And with DeBont gliding through each battle with 240lbs of Steadycam, it's only a matter of time."
The film, which stars Michael Douglas, Antonio Bandaras, Chris Tucker, and Rosie O' Donnell is set for a Christmas 2000 release. CHUD FILMWORKS says to expect posthumous Oscar nods for all involved...

Andy Warhol will return as a zombie in the later half of 2000, and make a 6 hr film in which all he does is place a single, perfectly stagnant camera that watches the audience of 3 showings of THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT. The gimmick of course being that the audience has to watch jiggly-cam.
The audience will be supplied with airline barf bags specially designed to light up when used, so the viewers of Warhol's film will be able to pinpoint where & when the incidences occur.

In 2011, Bruce Campbell will get a staring role in a show that's actually good.
Coincidently, the seventh seal will be opened on that day, the dead will rise up and start singing that smurf song, and life as we know it will end, as Satan goes shopping for earmuffs & mittens.
