Danny Devito has been approached to play an ape in Burton's remake of The Planet of the Apes. Devito has ape behavior down pat -- he's been observing Rhea Perlman for the last few decades.

Due to the lack of tie-ins with a major fast-food franchise, FOX has already decreed X-Men to be a failure, and is pulling the film from distribution. A spokesman was quoted as saying "In today's Summer Market, a film just doesn't exist without the validation of little toys from a burger joint. We hang our heads in shame."

Note to people who haven't read Eddie's most recent X-Men thread: This wasn't my idea, just a "CHUD Fact Synopsis" of a discussion between Eddie5 & Quartermass (Well, actually, Eddie's rant on a topic Quartermass brought up. Quartermass does not believe a film hinges on...oh, hell, go read the damn thread....). But it sounded quoatable ;}

Now that Jurassic Park is being digitally remastered for the DVD release, Laura Dern has asked that her relationship with Jeff Goldblum be eliminated from her past.
