The Schedule
I haven't seen many old movies. I have a hard time seeing new movies
But Turner Classic Movies is doing a month long Oscar movie thang.. They have 31 days of nothing but Oscar nominated/winning movies. Has anyone been watching any of them? So far this is what I have seen:
The Dirty Dozen
From Here To Eternity
Lolita (1962)
Romeo & Juliet (1936)
Philadelphia
Fiddler On The Roof
Madam Bovary
Its so awesome, because these are all such old movies (except Philadelphia) that I normally wouldn't have watched. But I am making myself watch them and most are proving to be great indeed. Yay for old movies
