The Authority--HARDCORE HEROES!

Does anybody out there read Authority? This is one of my absolute favorite books. Where else can you get "heroes" that aren't afraid to kill bad guys. I mean from punching people's jaws right off their face to slicing a person into microscopic pieces, this book has it all! Feel free to tell me your favorite kill scenes.

I don't read it yet, but after his amazing work with PLANETARY, I'm buying The Authority because Warren Ellis is a badass.

There's a graphic novel on the way soon and it's mine.

Warren Ellis is the baddest of the bad. You should also get the Stormwatch: Change or Die Trade. It leads up to the first issue of the Authority and introduces some of the characters!

BTW, I think it would be cool if you could do some comic reviews on the site every once in a while. Especially considering how many movie properties are now in comic form, and not to mention upcoming movies that are being adapted from comics.

Actually, I think Stormwatch: A Finer World leads up to Authority, but the other one is awesome too, as it is written by Ellis as well.
