I have to admit, I have never read Transmetropolitan, so I know I'm missing some good stuff. But, I have always leaned toward the superheroic side of comics. With that in mind, I would say either "Change or Die" from the first Stormwatch series or the "Sliding Albion" arc from The Authority. Can't think of many others whilst I sit here at my pseudo-cubicle. Others????
