I just read on another site that the DVD for Gladiator is already in production with at least 1 hours worth of extra footage, whoo hoo!!

I don't know exacyly how much supplemental material will be on the GLADIATOR DVD (heck, it's just now starting to be put together so THEY don't even really know) but DreamWorks is saying that an extensive documentary is already in the works.

Personally, I'd expect to see some commentary from Ridley Scott on the disc... and here's to hoping for a lengthy batch of cut scenes (or, miracle of miracles, an extended cut of the film) because there was at least 20 minutes cut out from the original cut.
