I must agree somewhat. The Pretenders
I'll Stand By You when laid over that ad for the WWF utterly kills me, and while I love the song on it's own, it's only in that ad it squeezes a tear out of me.
Gabriels Oboe is a bit different for me as I heard it and knew it long before I'd seen

Bang. I bought the album many years ago for this one song. It's very much an 'only listen to when alone and usually with a glass of wine' piece for me, because I go a big blubbery one without fail. God I adore Kate.
