Braves website takes a long piss

This is completely crappy of them:

There were times during the 2002 season when it appeared the Braves were going to give the city of Atlanta another World Championship. But Tom Glavine's two disappointing October starts led to a Division Series loss to Barry Bonds and the Giants.

Notice how they assign blame to the guy they fucking LOST to the Mets. What a bunch of cockbaskers.

That's a nice way to talk about a guy who won 240+ games for your organization. How quickly they forget...

Glavine did pitch pretty poorly in games 1 and 5, but not as bad as those 8-3, 8-5 scores indicate. Baseball's a team sport, and to lay yet another postseason loss at the feet of a guy without whom the team would've been up shit creek for the past 10 years or so, well, sucks. No wonder he blew out of town.

When will they EVER place ANY blame at Bobby fucking Cox????

(By the way, do you know that Cox has been at the helm of the Braves longer than ANY current head coach/manager in ANY pro sport???? That says it all right there)

I forgot, Cox managed the Braves *before* he came to Toronto. That was like, 25 years ago.

It's hard to argue with his 9 (IIRC) divisional titles, but yeah, some new blood is needed.
