Wrestling question

I wasn't sure if this should go in this area or not, so I thought I'd take a shot.

Years ago when Raven and Stevie Richards were in ECW, they got into a real life feud. Apparently there is still heat between the two and they dislike each other.

Does anyone have any insight on what happened?

They're both kind of unbalanced, generally speaking. They did wrestle each other recently on an Indy card. If there was any bad blood there before, I think it's gone now. I've met Raven twice, and he was really nice to me both times. Once was in a bar in Atlanta, and once at a autograph signing. From everything I've read, I think he's just a control-freak.

Raven is currently wrestling across a couple of different organizations now (NWA: TNA and MLW, that I know of), so I'm sure he's not opposed to wrestling anyone, and Stevie is the closest thing to a jobber you can find in the WWE. His closest to a having push in the last year was when he got squashed by Goldberg a few weeks back. I did love the b.W.o., though. If you've got Sunshine Network, you should check out MLW on Monday nights at 11 PM EST. It's essentially ECW all over again, except it's based in Florida. They even have Joey Styles doing the play-by-play and hosting the show.

Last week I just started to get TNA-NWA on my cable system. It's great, kinda like how ECW used to be.

Raven is involved in a big war with Shane Douglas right now, and I taped the show last night, so I can't wait to get home from work and watch it.

Stevie's always been a jobber in some respects, but I feel that he was never used to his full potential.
RTC was a good angle that went nowhere.

b.W.o. was the best. Big Stevie Cool!

so, what did you think of it?

Shane / Raven was a great booked match and Styles vs Low-Ki was all kinds of amazing. You picked a great time to start watching TNA. Too bad you missed out on Triple X, as they were the greatest tag team I have ever seen, but you are just in time for the return of Brian Christopher, who is great too.

I thought the match was pretty good, if a little one sided toward Douglas. It seemed like this was a go nowhere mean nothing match, just so they could drag out the "Sinister Minister/man in white keeps attacking Raven" angle, but good none the less.
I wonder who the man in white will turn out to be?

I tell ya, Shane Douglas is crazy. I loved the way he was losing his mind and screaming and cursing at the crowd. He was going apeshit. Douglas has always been entertaining.
It was hysterical when he was yelling at the older blond chick in the first row with the big chest.

A great show, and a great federation...they're almost as good as ECW in their best days, and TNA is getting better every week.

Do you mean Christopher Daniels?

Unfortunately, I haven't seen an NWA:TNA show yet but I read the reports and follow it the best I can.

FUCK! I always fucking do that. BC is all right but he can't hold a stick to Christopher Daniels. Yes, I meant Daniels. My brain does not work as fast as other parts of my body.

Yeah, it's cool. At any rate, I have yet to see the man perform and I hear he's great(mic, wrestling, the whole Jericho-I-got-it-all package). I may purchase some upcoming TNA DVDs if not for him, to see Raven and Kid Kash again, and to see if the other guys like Chris Sabin and Low Ki are any good.
