Insomnia

I haven't slept in 36 hours. I keep counting them but I don't know why. I wish I could just go to sleep, but when I lay down and close my eyes like I used to, I don't fall asleep. I will probably start to hallucinate soon.

Read a book. That usually helps me. That or slicing your head open with a spool of razor wire. That works too... and quick.

Where do you get razor wire? It's always sounded so cool.

Read anything by Anne Rice and you'll be sawing logs in no time.

I find that Dave Attell helps pass the time.

Not literally, mind. I mean watching him on TV.

Here's a tip. Have a suicide/hallucination gauge. When you start to see The Great Old Ones, then kill yourself.

The Great Old Ones told me there was nothing great about the old times. They wanted McDonalds, not sacrificial blood.

I have it. Slept maybe 8 hours in the past 4 days. Bah.

When I was younger I stayed up 50-some odd hours and then decided to do mushrooms with some friends. I don't recommend it.

I used to think I had insomnia, but over time I've realized that I'm just a night person, and have a really fucking hard time getting to sleep sometimes. When I'm out, I'm out.

I wonder if The Bandit ever got to sleep. He hasn't posted in four years. Maybe he couldn't get to sleep for so long that he died.

Who the hell were all those people?! Maybe Bandit passed the time by going on some sort of murder-suicide rampage involving all the people who posted in the thread?

No that was me, who did that. I hate having insomnia, most nights I get less then 6 hours of sleep, and some nights I get less then 2 hours.
