With less than a fortnight until what will surely be the end of his involvement with his biggest franchise, I think its high time we spread the love and honor the man who has come to be known as Diane Lane's ex-husband.

List your favorite Lambert moments or movies or just gab about the man who can't see straight.

And remember, in the end there can be only one...

You'd think winning "The Prize" would have entitled Connor with the knowledge of how to straighten out the crossy-eyes - oh well.

Scotsmen without Scottish accents...hmmmm....

Looking forward to it though.

Highlander...a film starring a frenchman, and american, and a scotsman. Only the scotsman is playing an egyptian masquerading as a spainiard, the frenchman is playing the scotsman, and the american is playing the russian (sorta).
Which, in the sequel, it turns out they're all aliens.

Fortress is still the best Stuart Gordon movie in my eyes. Even over Re-Animator.

Another good Lambert movie is Mean Guns with Ice-T as a drug kingpin who locks hundreds of hitmen in a prison to see who's the best in the business. Especially good when you realize its an Albert Pyun movie.

And if you want further proof of the superior acting abilities of Lambert, look no further than James Remar as Rayden in Mortal Kombat 2...

DAMMIT!! YOU ARE ALL WRONG!! Didnt anyone see Resurrection? Shit people, rent this film, its fantasitc. Sure, its a rehash of Seven, but hey, thats saying alot!Lambert is great, theres a brief cameo by David Cronenberg, and LOTS of extremely offensive shit in here. Whatever you are doing, drop it now and go rent this movie, trust me, youll at least get a little out of it.

I have Ressurection off cable (same tape as After Alice and Freeway, starngely enough) and haven't gotten around to seeing it yet, but will.

Okay, I admit that I am not a big Chris Lambert fan. I dislike his brother even more. It is so weird that Chris Lambert and Dolph Lungren could be brothers like that. I've heard a rumor that Chris Rock is their sister? Anybody know anything? BTW, Is'n't "Lambert" a type of French cheese that starts off as a green, slimey, mold on the walls of caves????

Highlander ought to have been A GREAT FUCKING MOVIE, not a horrid FRANCHISE and BASTARDISED television show.

I like to pretend ONLY THE FIRST MOVIE EXISTS
post #10 of 28
Highlander was a good TV show as well.

Resurrection IS a good cable film. A rip of Seven, but a good one.

Anyone else see this Forrest Gump rip-off he made called Gideon? He played the Gump role, and it had Charlton Heston, Caroll O' Connor, and Mykelti Williamon in it as well. Halfway decent film...plays on The Movie Channel and Starz all the time.

GOD DAMN IT!

That movies sounds like it kicks total ass after all if Lambert was in it, Forrest Gump would have been a cool movie.

Not to mention that God co-stars. I hate my cable company so very much...

The Hunted. The only thing that movie was missing was Toshiro Mifune.

Please don't say FUCKING ROCKED and GOD DAMN IT, when you can easily say:

FUCKING REIGNED and GOD DAMN THAT.

And this BIG DARN SHARK.

Django, you'll have to murder some nuns to erase the goodwill you've garnered by keeping Christophe's name alive on these boards.

I had no idea he was once hitched to Diane Lane.

It's a close race between Resurrection and MEan Guns for my favorite, but Mean Guns wins due to the unstoppable combination of semi-automatic weapons and salsa music.
Lambert love thread & no mention of Gunmen? He was fucking funny. It has Patrick Stewart in a very short performance, Dennis Leary, Mario van Peebles....all the greats. Not to mention is it the best Big Daddy Kane movie ever.
