I am currently addicted to Snapea Crisps.
Love it. Their like healthy green french fries.

Any other healthy snacks I should keep my eyes open for?

I generally like the old fashion stuff.

Dry roasted nuts & sunflower seeds
Veggies

But, if you are looking for a healthy meal/snack I always liked Clif Bars. They are really made for energy replacements such as when you are exercising all day, but they are tasty none the less.

My fave sandwich shop makes an avocado/apple slice club sandwich on walnut bread. Really good.

Oh, and that eggplant panini ain't too bad either. Although eggplant doesn't contain too much in the way of nutrients or dietary fiber, it has virtually no fat and no cholesterol. So the feta on the sandwich I guess makes up for what the eggplant lacks. And it's good too.

I love red peppers, yellow peppers and green peppers cut into slices.

Sugar snap peas are also nice.

Watermelon. I've been eating so much watermelon I'm surprised I haven't floated away yet.

Just remember avocodos have a HUGE amount of fat in them...

I like peppers of all colors also.

Here's a nice snack for anyone:

Cucumber sandwich- sliced & peeled cucumber, Feta cheese, sliced red onion and if you are in the mood: Sundried Tomato dressing (not too much) on a roll(bread, etc.).

It's very good, and even though i don't know how healthy it really is, its healthier than a bag o' chips or junk food.

I envy you.
I am really allergic to watermelon, cantaloupes, honeydew. I mean severly.

I found out because when I ate a piece of watermelon my throat closed up and they had to rush me to the hospital where they had to place a tube down my throat to help me breathe. I was turning blue.

It suddenly happened...one summer I could eat them, the next I couldn't. Even the smell of melons makes my throat close a little and my skin itches it I get any of the juice on me.

2 years ago I worked at a produce delivery company, and I was in agony over the summer season because we had watermelons/cantaloupes/honeydew, and every time they were delivered some were busted.

I avoid eating these like the plague. I just don't feel like dying just yet.

But I do miss it sometimes.

Mesotech Protein bars are delicious. You can pick them up at GNC.

I'm a fan of baby carrots. You can eat them plain or dip 'em in just about anything.

Edemamme lightly cooked & sprinkled with salt & sesame seeds. Even if you don't cook them, they are great snacks to have around.
