We hear Allison Mack is doing a lot of publicity regarding this, so keep your eyes and ears open! The stories will only be available on AOL; if you're not yet signed up with them, visit their website.
It's AOL only though, so those like me who aren't with them will have to hit BitTorrent, IRC or KaZaA for the shorts when they are released.

Just a heads up for those with AOL. The first episode is available on their site tonight at 10pm EST.
