My vote for best ubercool actor is.....

These are for the unsung heroes in the movie biz
those actors that are in films we like but are never noticed in the general public's eyes.These
ultimate supporting supporting actors that are in the background but are a nesscessary part of the
films i enjoy...anyway.
My ubercool actor is
Dick Miller
The book keeper in the howling the gun shop owner
who said "you can't do that.."to arnie in THE TERMINATOR ,The guy who kept going on about
the japanese shipping gremlins in WWII in GREMLINS
to theguy that was selling stuff from the back of the lorry in SMALL SOLDIERS
From the original Little shop of horrors to It
conquered the world ,I'm raising my cider to you,dude.

Good call. That guy was in what, a million movies? Great character actor. I was watching "X-the man with the X-ray eyes" recently and saw him looking very young in it as a heckler at a carnival show.

I'm trying to think of the name of another character actor who's cool, but it won't come to me. He was in an episode of the x-files where he was telling Mulder about an alien who played baseball in the negro leagues or something. Anyway, whoever he is, I'll toast him as well.

David Cross has little parts in a ton of movies. I like him, and I'll add him to this list.

Too many boring/obvious choices I could rattle out (Clint, Bronson etc). But here's one I don't see mentioned often... I always thought this dude was cooler than an eskimo's icebox.

I worked in Tower Records Piccadilly Circus 1999-2001 and Peter Weller came in one day and asked to be shown round the video section. I spent 30 minutes with him while he went round pointing out all of his favourite pictures and giving me stories about all the pictures he'd done and all of the classics that inspired him. He's a real arthouse buff dont you know.

Very intense guy, but a charming gent. Glad I met him.
