Send me a PM. I can check my email from work, but I inadvertently left my machine on with Outlook up, so it's already downloaded all messages from the online mail server at AT&T Broadband.

Ah, my pick is up. Let the carnage begin.

I think I might just stick with games from my Commodore 64 days, at this rate. Those were good times, although game load time was ridiculous.

But that's what made the Vice City intro that much sweeter!

Done.

Ah crap Cesar, if I had to pick an Ultima game, that would have been the one. I remember constantly starting the game over so I could re-answer the gypsy's questions until I got a cool character.

Not that my round 6 pick is a dog by any stretch.

Well, Rathbandu has officially withdrawn, so his sole picks - Final Fantasy 8 and Rampage - are eligible for picking STARTING AT THE BEGINNING OF ROUND SEVEN.
I summon BURNOUT 2 for the PS2!

Although I think that this is merely a very good racing game, the hypnotic majesty of the Crash mode shunts it into the must-have stakes and makes it a pass-the-joypad party game classic.

And besides, I figured it was time for something both modern and social after a few rounds of retro single player adventures and RPGs.
Boomstick, sorry but Warcraft III was taken, by Voltes, during Round 4. You'll have to make another pick (unless you meant Warcraft II and made a typo).

Also, Tony hasn't made a pick since Round 2.
Is there a "forfeit point," where a participant who hasn't made a pick in x rounds is dropped and their picks go back into the pool?

Well, it is a holiday. Many people are probably still asleep.

i took warcraft iii: reign of chaos... he took warcraft ii: tides of darkness.

You're indeed right. My bad. My sight definitely fails me...

Yes. Two rounds.

If you haven't drafted in the last two rounds, bite it.

That means you, Tony Ryan. Your previous picks will be eligible in Round Seven.

Kirby needs to pick this round or else he'll get the boot as well.
Kirby has made picks. He posted both his round 3 and 4 picks in the round 4 thread (Mr Do and another one I don't remember).

There's no round 5 pick and if he misses this round, that's two pickless rounds. At that point, I don't see the point in keeping someone on. That's four physical days/96 hours in which to email or notify someone if you need your picks covered, and he's been on the boards in that interim, so he's fully capable.

Nothing against him...I feel confident he'll pick this round.
....or we'll pillage his shit!

Hate to play antagonist, but he did make a pick in Round 5: Daytona USA.

Yes, Gemini, the best racer is yours, and I'd like to send out a very heartfelt Fuck You.

Micah, I graciously told you of it and said you could have it. No hard feelings here.

Now, the Golden Tee THEFT...

I was going ahead of you, Nunz. That's like telling me I'm free to kill you when I have a loaded gun pointed at your temple and my finger is beginning to press the trigger, baby!

Actually, you're the ONLY reason I took it this round. If I didn't know you wanted it now, I would have (mistakenly) let it go for another round. There was another classic I wanted before I moved on to more contemporary fare, and I can only hope it sticks around for my pick in Round 7.

Do you remember our conversation? I told you I was getting it and then you got all surprised and upset because you wanted it (though it wasn't your next pick). I then said that you went before me, so go ahead.

So laconic.

Either that, or get caught up now.
It would be cheap for me to get caught up now. I made a mistake and will go ahead and pay for it.
Actually, dropping out is the LAME-O thing. Unless Micah has a problem (more the merrier, I say)... catch the Hell up!
Alright will do.

Mikah, ignore my PM.

Am I not merciful?!

Tony...come back in. If you just forgot, you forgot.

There's plenty of good stuff to go around, and if you really want back in, make it happen.

You're welcome to make picks for any of the rounds you missed at any time now,
post #36 of 65
Thank you much, Mikah. I owe you one, or two, or three.

I can't make picks now, I have to run, but I will tonight, promise.

tread lightly my friend...make the wrong pick, and you shall perish!!!

Well, I guess adoption is the only option now becuase I've been punched square in the nuts by about five drafters in a row.
i figured if timesplitters 2 was going to make it this far it wasn't going to be drafted, and i could make a cool grab in round 9 or 10... alas, i have underestimated my fellow chewers. bravo. timesplitters 2 rules... it's my favorite game of the year until splinter cell comes out....bravo, you bitch.
You aren't the only one boomstick. I missed out on drafting the big name FPSs figured I would throw TS2 in at the end somewhere. I have one last FPS to slip in later though.

Great pick on Quest for Glory 1, I can't even imagine how many times I have played through that game. The first time breaking into the Brigands compound as a thief made that game one of my favorites for many years. I didn't much care for any of the QfG games after 2 though.

Any video game with a Rush song AND a BMW M5 in it is better than anything else.

Not to mention the McLaren F(ucking)1
