And now, the end is near...

Final draft, my favourite game of all time and - in my opinion - the best game EVER made.

CHAOS: Battle Of The Wizards (ZX Spectrum)

you bastards almost ruined my pick yesterday:

the dig (pc)

a lucasarts klassik.
Now I could've sworn I saw this or it's sequel (I just double-checked the lists thread, was not in it), but if not....i'm ashamed at all of you.

Earthworm Jim (SNES)

One of my favorite games EVER.

My all time favorite puzzle game
Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo PS

To close out this incredible draft, I take yet ANOTHER forgotten gem that was just laying around.

There have been few space-shooters that have engrossed me as this game has, and it was trailblazing game in terms of gameplay and graphical perspective:

ZAXXON for the Arcade.

Gemini selects (and God bless him for this wackiness):

SAMBA DE AMIGO for Sega Dreamcast, complete with maracas controllers.
Let's end this on a bang of nostalgia with my favorite game from the only console anyone in my family every owned:

KC Munchkin for the Odyssey 2.
Since it seems it is nostalgia round, I will, for my final pick, take what I consider to be the most deeply poetic game I've ever played, the one which hooked me on scenarized adventure games forever, which captivated me so much I finished it in a 6 hours straight gaming session, and the finest game Lucas Arts has ever made:

Loom (PC)
I still believe that Orchid was hiding Quaato in her bra...

Killer Instinct Gold (N64)
In conclusion, I summon forth a swashbuckling epic that no one else knows about...

Skuljagger- Super NES
I'm probably the only person who played this game, or read the book it was based on for that matter.

I loved it so, back in the day.

DRAGONWORLD - C64
My new fave game goes in the pile...

Ghost Recon - (XBOX)
Better than the original, I think. For my Round Ten pick, I choose Tetris Attack, for the SNES.
Jumping in the way back machine:

Football (Arcade)
Commander Keen (PC)
Who could forget this TMNT ripoff?

Battletoads for the NES
my ultimate pick.

Think to yourselves: who in the world has NOT played this game? How many have been addicted to it?

It's brilliant in its simplicity, almost elegant. It runs on every computer, because it's installed on every computer by default.

I draft:

Solitaire (Microsoft Windows version) (PC)
And Goose's final pick...

Super Punch-Out(SNES)
Cheese's final biscuit:

Before Silent Hill... before Resident Evil... the scariest video game of them all (and in my opinion, still is):

THE 7TH GUEST
ASoze, with his last breath, selects:

Golden Axe (Arcade/Genesis)

Too much time spent in bowling alleys playing this one...
And so it ends the way it began for our young hero:

Final Fantasy X (PS2)
Best damn racer EVER:

San Francisco Rush Extreme Racing (Arcade)
YOU ALL LOSE!

JEZZBALL - PC
Agonizing. Do I fill this last spot with a sports game to fill out my list? Or do I draft one of my old, classic favorites?

I'll go classic:

Battlezone (arcade)
I began with an adventure game, and now I will conclude with another point-&-click masterpiece. Legend's finest hour:

Mission Critical
PC
I PM'ed my pick to Micah but I guess he had to go home from work before he could post my pick. I figured I would have to include at least one arcade game in the mix, so my 10th round pick is:

Rampart, arcade

Next to my experience with Gauntlet, the most fun I've had with a multi-player arcade game.

Sorry, Lud...I did have to break from work.

I'm here to make Flyers' pick, and I think it's one of the coolest in this draft whatsoever. It's the very first game I played on an Apple IIe, and it's part of what really got me into computers in the first place.

FLYERS selects:

OREGON TRAIL for the PC.
No probs!
FROGGER
Sorry I'm late, pretty damn late. I couldn't decide what to pick since all the picks I thought of chosing have been chosen, so I choose Lords of Magic for PC.
I guess I should take one now that I have a chance... so, how about a game I unfortunately get addicited to every year for about the whole season, NCAA Football 2003 (PS2).
