Pink Panther.
Are there any others?

Not by my reckoning.

Someone asked on the boards a long time back if anyone could name a Comedy Sequel that was actually any good.

I'm still stumped on that one...

I'll grant you, Flint, that the later Panther films stunk on ice -- especially the post-Sellers'-death ones...

But there are at least 3 or 4 of these films that get me giggling uncontrollably.

The Naked Gun series held up ok.

Then there's A Fish called Wanda and Fierce Creatures. While technically not a franchise, they have an umbilical cord to each other.

The "Carry On" series is a very acquired taste, if you like one of them, you'll like them all. If you can't stand one of them then you'll hate them all. It's that simple.

It depends on whether you find Kenneth Williams saying 'Oooooh... Matron!' funny or not...

Fletch Lives was decent and the first and third vacation movies were good.

Back to the Future anyone? C'mon, this is a series of movies that doesn't really appear to be a comedy but it is. As a kid, I always thought it was supposed to be a fairly serious time travel movie, but watching it now, I just laugh my way through the entire thing.

Then there's also Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness. While the first movie in the trilogy was a straight-forward horror flick, the other movies that finish off the trilogy are some of the funniest films ever made.

And if it's possible to place Fish Called Wanda and Fierce Creatures together, then you could also make Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, and Best in Show as being another group. While Best in Show wasn't that great (my expectations were way too high), Guffman is the greatest comedy ever made, followed very closely by Spinal Tap.

Oh, I also think that Monty Python movies could be considered a franchise.
