In part 5, when Kirk fights the catwoman in the bar and easily tosses her into the aquarium 20 feet away. No sweat, right?

In his book, "The Return," Kirk beats the shit out of Worf, ties him to a tree, then taunts him with beef jerky. I can't make that shit up.

Does it have to be from the movies?

If not, I gotta say any moment involving the "space hippies" from the old ST episode called "The Way to Eden".

If so, probably the whole rock climbing sequence from STV.
