The way you can almost see the Queen think.

Hudson's numerous rants.

Horror-erotica that was the end of Alien.

Biehn asleep in the dropship...and Ron fucking Perlman.

The beheading of Ash and the fact that his insides are made of this milky white substance.

Alien - The sight of Siggy's ass crack as she prances around the shuttle craft.

Aliens - The expression on Ripley's face seconds before she roasts the facehugger that hatches near her as she faces the queen. And the whole "first date" scene when Hicks shows her how to work the pulse rifle.

Alien 3 - As much as I hate to say this, the funeral of Newt and Hicks is the most beautifully filmed sequence in the saga.

Alien Resurrection - "Momma?"

Aliens: The whole damn nest sequence with the marines. From:

"There's something moving in here and it ain't us!"

to

"MARINES! WE ARE LEAVING!"
